I just saw the fucking_shell_scripts project this morning. And I think it's generally a step in the right direction. However, I don't think the step before it is actually "abandon Chef/Ansible", but rather "abandon hand-provisioning servers".

I've been playing Heroes of the Storm for a few months now ever since I got into its Alpha. At first, I was so happy. A fresh MOBA without the steep learning curve that kept me out of LoL.

Last night I was tweaking the titles of some of my ads on AdWords for Fearless Rails Deployment. Just an hour later, a couple of sales came in. I woke up this morning and there were a few more.

It took me a while, but I finally finished writing Fearless Rails Deployment. And now the fun begins learning about marketing, SEO, and tons of other skills I haven't had to develop.
